Meet Kaly
Tracepoint's team just got a whole lot bigger! We are super excited to announce the arrival of our newest member, Kaly.
Kaly will be bringing her expertise and talent to our compliance department. We wanted our clients to get to know Kaly better, so we decided to sit down for a Q&A session.
Tell us about your professional background and what talents and experiences you bring to Tracepoint.
My background is in sociology, specifically criminology. I am very much excited to put my knowledge to work not only in the compliance aspect of our business but also in supporting the daily operations of the Tracepoint team. I've also been doing a lot of work with small businesses in the New Orleans metro area, specifically in retail. I am a big believer in local businesses supporting one another, especially women-owned and minority-owned businesses. Research shows that local businesses do so much more for the local community and the local economy than national chains. I am definitely excited that part of my role at Tracepoint will be to continue to network with other small businesses in the area and to broaden Tracepoint's commitment to support and work with diverse and locally-owned companies.
What's your professional mission at Tracepoint?
That's a great question. I am really looking forward to advancing our commitment to excellent customer support. With compliance being such a relevant issue these days, I plan to make sure that we do everything we can to keep our clients legally compliant and a safe distance from any potential compliance violations. I'm not just concerned with making Tracepoint better; I also want to extend that mission to our clients as well. My goal is to ensure that our clients get the best experience possible.
What's your favorite part about working at Tracepoint so far?
I love working in such a beautiful office space, but I think the best thing so far has to be my colleagues. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I already feel like a part of the family.
Tell us what you like to do for fun.
Kayaking and fly fishing have always been my two loves. Also, I recently adopted a chunky little cat named Jonathan, and I spend a lot of time taking glamour shots of him. He's very photogenic!
